income support continuously for at least nine months or be unable to meet

| Youth Allowance (job seeker) |
Recipients must be either temporarily incapacitated or a single principal
carer of a dependent child or have a partial capacity to work. |
| Youth Allowance (full-time students and Australian Apprentices) |
Recipients must be temporarily incapacitated. |
